Doug has more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits consulting and insurance brokerage, specializing in strategic planning, execution, management, service, advocacy, and operational efficiencies.

Prior to forming Monroe Douglas Employee Benefits Consulting Group, Doug held leadership positions at Brown & Brown, Arthur J Gallagher, and Anthem Health of New York.  He is a frequent industry speaker on managed care, consumer-directed health care, and other related employee benefits topics.
